Depending on your goals, we will use various methods in order to assess your current levels of fitness.Β This can include a number of different body composition measurements, blood pressure, cardiovascular endurance exercises and strength tests. Using the information gained during the initial consultation and fitness assessment, we will set challenging but achievable short and long term goals. Fitness assessments will also be used periodically throughout your training to monitor progress and keep you on track every step of the way.
